When Megumi Kudo announced her intention to retire, many non-FMW wrestlers wanted to fight against her before she would leave the ring for good. One of such wrestlers was Ozaki, who made her fame in street fight matches against Dynamite Kansai on the JWP ring. As Kudo and Ozaki never fought before, no one knew who is the real street fight queen. Ozaki wanted to prove that she is the one.
